Exhibition logistics commence long before the start of the exhibition. It is imperative to work out a customised concept with the optimal means of transport, to clarify packaging, country-specific and customs-related questions and to calculate perfect timings for trade fair logistics.

- Compilation of country- and trade fair specific transport guidelines
- Compilation of shipping documents (e.g., Carnet ATA)
- Transport organisation by truck, airfreight or seafreight from domicile to event location and return
- Individual or express transports
- Temporary import clearance without payment of taxes and customs duties in the exhibition country
